2. 註冊程序

• 申請人可親臨本校索取申請表格，或於學校網站下載《中一自行分配學位申請表》， 填妥表格後連同以下文件，於申請期內交回校務處；
• 申請人可透過「中學學位分配電子平台」(SSPA e-Platform) 提交申請。

3. 所需文件

• 教育局印製的「中一自行分配學位申請表」(內附有「教育局存根」、「學校存根」及「家長存根」)
• 本校《中一自行分配學位申請表格》
• 申請人的近照一張
• 申請人的出生證明書/身份證明文件副本（面試時須出示正本核對）
• 小五及小六學業成績副本（面試時須出示正本核對）

*** 無需提交小學推薦信 ***

4. 面試及甄選

• 所有申請人須於2026年3月14日（星期六）到校面試。

6. 甄選準則及比重

• 學位名額：40個
• 面試表現（30%）
• 小五及小六上學期學業成績（15%）
• 操行（15%）
• 其他卓越成就（15%）
• 教育局成績次第（15%）
• 課外活動/社區服務表現（10%）

7. 取錄結果公布

被列入「中一自行分配學位取錄名單」的申請學生將於2026年3月31日透過電話及書信通知。

Notes on Application for Secondary One Discretionary Places

1. Application period: 2 January 2026 (Friday) – 16 January 2026 (Friday)

      Monday – Friday: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.

      Saturdays: 9.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.

      *** Office is closed on public holidays ***

2. Registration Procedure:

• Applicants may come to our school to get the application form or download Secondary One Discretionary Places Application Form from the school website and submit the completed application form together with the required documents to the school office or authorized representative within the application period;
• Applicants can submit their applications through the Secondary School Places Allocation Electronic Platform (SSPA e-Platform).

3. Required documents:

• Secondary One Discretionary Places Application Form (issued by the Education Bureau)
• “S1 Discretionary Places Admission Application Form” from our school
• A recent photo of applicant
• Photocopy of birth certificate or identification document (True copy is to be presented during interview for identification purposes.)
• Photocopy of academic results in P.5 and P.6 (True copy is to be presented during interview for identification purposes.)

*** Reference letters from primary schools are NOT required. ***

4. Interview and selection:

• All applicants are required to attend an entity interview on 14 March 2026(Saturday).

6. Selection criteria and weighting:

• Number of secondary one discretionary places: 40
• Interview performance (30%)
• Academic results in P.5 and Term 1 of P.6 (15%)
• Conduct (15%)
• Other outstanding achievements (15%)
• EDB Rank Order (15%)
• Performance in extra-curricular activities and/or community service (10%)

7. Announcement of admission result

• Successful applicants will be notified of their inclusion in the Successful List for Secondary One Discretionary Places by phone and letter on 31^st  March 2026.
